Yummy recovery drink with 4:1 ratio w/o having to use a supplement.

Recipe Ingredients for Recovery drink

8 oz Vanilla Sun Soy Soymilk
1/3 cup AllWhites (best if you use egg whites international brand)
1/4 cup blueberries
2 strawberries
1/2 medium banana
1 portion,+amount+to+make+1/2+cup vanilla pudding mix (any flavor of reg instant)

Recipe Directions for Recovery drink

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender with ice.

  2. Blend and enjoy.
