1 1/2 scoops whey protein powder

Recipe Directions for Recovery Drink

  1. Combine vanilla whey protein powder with 3 tbsp orange gatorade and 5 tsp sugar (combined this equals about 14 tsp of sugar) in a 1-quart drink container.

  2. Fill with water.
