Recover Drink after workout. This one consists of a quater to half an apple.i swap between apple or 3-4 strawberrys or 1/2 cup of blue berrys

0.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid, Protein Fortified
2 tbsp Regular Creamy
0.5 medium (3") Apples
1 scoop 100% Whey Gold Standard

Recipe Directions for Recover Drink-Homemade

  1. In a blender mix the following in this order.

  2. 1 Cup Milk

  3. 1 Scoop of Whey

  4. (i use double chocolate Whey)

  5. Half banana

  6. Quarter to Half of an Apple

  7. 1 Tblspoon of Natural Peanut Butter

  8. Dashes of Cinnamon

  9. Blend and enjoy.dont forget to give thanks
