Indian flatbread best served when prepared grilled on a bbq!

Recipe Ingredients for Rebecca's Homemade Flatbread

4 cups bread flour
3 tbsp canola oil
1 cup water
1/2 cup light sour cream
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Rebecca's Homemade Flatbread

Mix warm water and yeast together and let sit for a minute or until yeast is dissolved. Add remaining ingredients into mixer and use dough hook until dough forms an elastic bowl. Remove dough and place in oiled bowl, cover and let rise for 20 minutes. Knead again briefly and divide into 7 balls. Flatten out balls into thin rounds and grill over medium heat until golden. For added flavour naan can be sprinkled with garlic salt before or after grilling.
