8 oz Fat Free Milk
1 cup Butter
1 1/2 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
8 oz Cream Cheese Original
16 oz (raw) Ground Turkey
12 oz Sausage
4 oz Parmesan, Shredded Cheese
16 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
15 oz Ricotta, Part Skim Milk Cheese
8 oz Turkey Breast Meat
8 oz Ham, Sliced, Extra Lean

Recipe Directions for REALLY LOW carb Lasagna

  1. melt milk, buttter, grated parm and cream cheese to make an alfredo-ish sauce.

  2. brown ground turkey and sausage. drain

  3. combine remaining cheeses.

  4. layer lunchmeats cheese and sauce in a lasagna pan.

  5. bake at 375 for about 40-60 minutes.
