this spinach broccoli quiche is very low calorie! You can have 2 slices for breakfast!

Recipe Ingredients for really low calorie quiche!

6 egg whites
1/4 cup flour
1 cup broccoli
2 oz. spinach
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded, fat free
1/4 cup cottage cheese, no fat
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1 cup milk, fat free

Recipe Directions for really low calorie quiche!

  1. seperate egg whites

  2. add flour and garlic

  3. stir

  4. add cheeses and stir then add milk and stir

  5. then add broccoli and stir

  6. spray 9"round pan with butter flavored oil

  7. put spinach on bottom of pan add mixture

  8. bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees!
