Really great chickent tenders or nuggets. Much better than the fast food kind and NO CHEMICALS.

Recipe Ingredients for REALLY DELICIOUS Homemade Chicken Tenders/Nuggets

1 serving Chicken
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
4 oz Romano Cheese
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, Organic

Recipe Directions for REALLY DELICIOUS Homemade Chicken Tenders/Nuggets

Cut one chicken breast into tenders or nuggets, coat with 1/2 of the olive oil. Use a very fine micro plane to grate the cheese. Mix remaining dry ingredients in shallow dish, coat chicken pieces with the mixture, Coat a jelly roll pan with remaining oil, add chicken pieces, bake @ 375 until done... check in 10 minutes... finish to desired doneness.
