This is a recipe I found in an attempt to stop eating so much processed food.

Recipe Ingredients for Real Food Oatmeal

1 serving Great Value Whole Grain Quick Oats
1 serving Skim Milk Fat Free
0.25 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Real Food Oatmeal

  1. In small pot over high heat, warm milk.

  2. When the milk starts to bubble, add oats, stir once, and turn heat down to low.

  3. Let the oats simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring every so often.

  4. Once the oats have soaked up most of the milk, add vanilla, honey, and cinnamon.

  5. Mix everything together, and top with fruit, raisins or nuts (optional),.
