High fiber!!! Can substitute 1/2 cup agave nectar for honey. Chocolate chips optional, but VERY good.

Recipe Ingredients for Real Food Brownies

4 eggs
2 cups canned garbanzo beans
1/3 cup honey
11 dried dates
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup macadamia nut oil
9 tbs cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup dark chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Real Food Brownies

  1. Preheat over to 350

  2. Pit dates and place in 1 1/2 cup hot water for 10 minutes.

  3. Blend together eggs and garbanzo beans, set aside.

  4. Pour out 1/4 cup water from dates and mix in food processor.

  5. Stir in honey, macadamia oil, & cocoa powder to date mixture.

  6. Stir in egg/bean blend to the date mixture.

  7. Stir in cinnamon, baking powder.

  8. Sir in chocolate chips.

  9. Bake the full 45 minutes.

  10. Store in refrigerator
