Recipe Ingredients for RD's Crispy Canton Salad

1/2 head Iceberg lettuce, shredded
4 oz bean sprouts
4 oz mange tout
1 red pepper, sliced
7 oz sweetcorn (200g can)
3 spring onions, sliced
2 oz raisins
5 tbsp fat free Italian vinaigrette dressing

Recipe Directions for RD's Crispy Canton Salad

  1. Scatter the shredded lettuce over a plate and mix with the bean sprouts.

  2. Blanch the mange tout by placing in boiling water for 1-2 minutes and then plunge into cold water to cool. Drain well.

  3. Add the remaining ingredients to the salad and drizzle over the dressing
