Rice, cheese, peppers and tomato baked in the oven with a cheesy topping

Recipe Ingredients for RCP Bake

1 Onion, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
1 cup rice, boiled
2 tbsp olive oil
300 g mushrooms, chopped
1 cup mature cheddar, grated
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 can cream of tomato soup
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

Recipe Directions for RCP Bake

  1. Chop all the veg, fry in olive oil.

  2. Meanwhile, boil up the rice.

  3. Add rice, fried veg, tomato soup and seasoning into a casserole dish and top with cheese. Bake in preheated oven for 20mins
