Best tasting meatballs ever! Even folks like me can't get enough and get this.... I usually avoid onions! No need to with this receipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Ray's Killer Meatballs

4 egg whites
330 g Organic Tomato Paste
1 cup minced onions
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
4 tbsp minced parsley
1 tsp sea salt
2 lb lean ground beef
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
2 clove garlic

Recipe Directions for Ray's Killer Meatballs

  1. In a bowl, mix together eggs, 2 cans tomato paste, onion, cheese, parsley, garlic, and salt. Add meat, breadcrumbs and mix it thourghly. form balls and place on parchment paper lined cookie sheets in middle of 350 degrees oven. Bake for about 30 minutes.

  2. Use for hot meatball subs, or meatballs in spaghetti or whatever. Freeze is baggies till you need more.

  3. Alternatively, you can mix hamburger and lean pork sausage half and half to make the one pound of meat. I suggest use very lean meats though! You'll love these!
