Recipe Ingredients for Ray's Ham Glaze

20 lb ham
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1 stick butter
1 fl+oz rum extract
50 g .25 cup Dark Molasses
42 g spicy mustard
14 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
750 g Whole Cloves

Recipe Directions for Ray's Ham Glaze

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  2. Insert cloves into raw ham

  3. Cover ham with glaze, then cover the roasting pan with aluminum foil

  4. Place ham in oven and bake at 350 degrees F until the temperature in the middle of the ham reaches at least 160 degrees F

  5. With about an hour left in baking (at approximately 140 degrees F), place potatoes around the ham and re-cover with aluminum foil

  6. Continue baking until ham reaches 160 degrees F.
