From Ani Phyo's cookbook, "Ani's Raw Food Kitchen" A blueberry smoothie, I halved the amount of dates used to reduce the sugar.

Recipe Ingredients for (raw) Very Blueberry

3 cups water
2 cups blueberries
1/2 cup cashews
1/4 cup pitted dates
1/10 ounce vanilla bean (1 bean)

Recipe Directions for (raw) Very Blueberry

  1. Blend 2 cups water with other ingredients until smooth. Add remaining water and blend until smooth again.

  2. Will keep in fridge for 3 days.
