Recipe Ingredients for Raw Vegan "Tuna" salad

3/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup almonds
2 stalks celery
2 baby carrots
1 slice onion
1 clove garlic minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dry dill weed
1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe Directions for Raw Vegan "Tuna" salad

  1. Soak the almonds and sunflower seeds for 8 hours. Mince the garlic and dice the celery.

  2. Place all ingredients in the food processor with the S blade in place and process to desired consistency. Taste and adjust flavors to your liking.
