An easy raw recipe that's actually easy. Some suggest dehydrating the seeds...rock on if that's what you've got, but this is just fine too.

Recipe Ingredients for Raw Trail Mix

1 c. raw sunflower seeds
1 c. raw pumpkin seeds
1 c. goji berries
8 oz. raw cacao nibs

Recipe Directions for Raw Trail Mix

  1. This is very free-form; mix equal parts sunflower seeds, pepitas, goji berries, and cacao nibs, place into lidded container, shake. You could add dried mulberries if you've got 'em (which I LOVE), but that would raise the calorie count a bit.

  2. One serving is 1/4 cup, so far as I can tell. Good in yogurt, too.
