Tomato Sauce recipe from Raw Food Quick & Easy by Mary Rydman

Recipe Ingredients for Raw Tomato Sauce

2 cups tomatoes
1/2 cup dried tomatoes, soaked
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 c water, divided
5 olives
1 tblsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp ginger, minced
1 clove garlic
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Raw Tomato Sauce

Soak dried tomatoes 20 minutes in just enough water to cover (about 1/4 cup). Place all ingredients in blender including tomato soa water and blend until well combined. Store left-over sauce in a glass jar in refrigerator. Keeps for a week or so. Makes about 3 cups.
