Recipe Ingredients for RAW Todd's Waldorf Supreme Salad

1 large Fuji Apple, chopped
1 Red, Orange, or Yellow Sweet Bell Pepper, chopped
2 small Tomatoes, chopped
1/4 Red Onion or 2 Green Onions, chopped
1 large Avocado, cubed
1/8 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tbl Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for RAW Todd's Waldorf Supreme Salad

  1. Chop ingredients to size you prefer. You can vary ratio of items to your preference.

  2. Add oil and spices. Adjust amounts to taste.

  3. Stir. The secret to this recipe is to stir well until the avocado blends with the oil and slightly coats the other ingredients.
