Recipe Ingredients for (raw) Sun-Dreid Tomato Marinara

1 cup tomatoes
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, (soaked with just enough water to cover)
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup basil leaves
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp pitted dates
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp rosemary
1 tsp sea salt
3 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes, (not soaked)

Recipe Directions for (raw) Sun-Dreid Tomato Marinara

  1. Soak the cup of sun-dried tomatoes with just enough warm water to cover.

  2. After tomatoes soak for 30mins or longer, blend them, tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, lemon juice, dates, oregano, rosemary, and extra sun-dried tomatoes and blend until mixed well.

  3. Will keep in fridge for 2-3 days.
