Sprouted wheat berry bread, "baked" in a dehydrator

Recipe Ingredients for Raw Sprouted Wheat Berry Bread

1 cup wheat berries
1 tbsp Original Raw Chia Seeds
3 tbsp fresh herbs
1/2 tsp sea salt

Recipe Directions for Raw Sprouted Wheat Berry Bread

  1. Soak your wheat berries for a day or two (until fully saturated)

  2. Sprouted your wheat berries until you see their white tails

  3. Drain and place wheat berries into food processor

  4. Blend until sticky and broken down, but definitely not smooth. You're going to want texture.

  5. At this point you can add what ever flavor you want. I put tons of herbs, cayenne, and celtic sea salt.

  6. Get out your dehydrator and place 4 equal size squares of dough on your teflex sheets.

  7. Dehydrate one side for a couple hours (around 3 till a little crispy)

  8. Then flip and dehydrate till mostly firm, but still slightly soft to the squeeze (about 5 hours)

  9. Done
