Recipe Ingredients for Raw Shredded Carrot Salad

1025 grams Carrots
6 clove Garlic
100 grams Ginger Root
4 serving Half Salt
3 serving White Vinegar
1 serving, raw Cilantro
4 tsp Sugars, Granulated
2 lime yields Lime Juice

Recipe Directions for Raw Shredded Carrot Salad

  1. 1. Grate carrots

  2. 2. Mince garlic and ginger

  3. 3. Dice Cilantro

  4. 4. Combine garlic, ginger, cllantro, lime juice, salt, sugar and vinegar and let sit for at least half an hour

  5. 5. Add combination to carrots, mix well, and let sit in fridge for at least an hour.
