Recipe Ingredients for Raw Oatmeal

1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbs of raw sunflower seeds
1 tbs of sesame seeds
1 tbs of raisins
1 tsp of raw honey
1/8 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Raw Oatmeal

soak oats for 1-8 hours. You can soak overnight - they won't get too soggy. Strain off the water and add all of the other ingredients. It's important to use raw honey - it tastes much better.
