You can make a large batch of this cereal and store it in your pantry. This way you always have it on hand when a craving for sweet cereal strikes. Serve with 1/2 cup RAW Almond Milk and 1/4 cup fresh blueberries or sliced strawberries. ***For a Large Batch*** Increase amounts to 4 cups rolled oats, 1 cup raisins, 1/2 cup chopped raw almonds, 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds, and 1/4 cup whole cane sugar. Yields: 8 servings, 2/3 cup per serving

Recipe Ingredients for RAW Muesli

1/2 cup oats, rolled
2 tablespoons raisins
1 tablespoon almonds, raw, chopped
2 teaspoons sunflower seeds, raw
2 teaspoons honey, raw (or agave nectar or whole cane sugar)

Recipe Directions for RAW Muesli

  1. Place rolled oats, raisins, almonds, sunflower seeds and sweetener in a small bowl.

  2. Toss gently to combine.

  3. Muesli may be stored in a sealed container in the pantry for up to 3 months. If you will be storing it, use whole cane sugar instead of agave nectar or raw honey (or add the liquid sweetener just before serving).
