Recipe Ingredients for Raw Mixed Nut and Raisin Bars

1 1/2 cup mixed nuts
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon lemon peel
1 cup grated carrot
1/3 cup raisins
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Raw Mixed Nut and Raisin Bars

  1. 1. Soak mixed nuts under water overnight

  2. 2. puree all ingredients except for the raisins

  3. 3. Add the raisins in after completely pureed

  4. 4. Mold into 8 bars

  5. 5. Allow to dry overnight
