Homemade ice cream made with raspberries, raw milk, and raw cream.

Recipe Ingredients for Raw Milk/Cream Raspberry Ice Cream

1 c. whole milk
2 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. turbinado sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. raspberries
2 1/2 tbsp. turbinado sugar

Recipe Directions for Raw Milk/Cream Raspberry Ice Cream

  1. Whisk together cream, milk, 1/4 c. of sugar, and vanilla.

  2. Let raspberries steep with remaining sugar and set aside.

  3. Start ice cream maker (Kitchen Aid Stand mixer Ice Cream making attachement) and pour in "batter".

  4. After 15-20 minutes, add in raspberries. Reserve some syrup for topping later if desired.

  5. After 30 minutes, put ice cream into freezable storage containers and place in freezer for 2-4 hours to finish setting.
