Recipe Ingredients for (raw) Love-The-Check Pate

2 cups almonds, dry
1 cup sunflower seeds, dry
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tsp turmeric
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for (raw) Love-The-Check Pate

Put almonds, sunflower seeds, salt, and tumeric in a food processor and process into a powder. Add water and process until mixed well. It will have small chunks, rather than being completely creamy smooth. You can use this pate to make raw breakfast or lunch "scrambles"
