Recipe Ingredients for Raw Kale Salad

15 oz White Beans
1/2 cup Sunflower Seed Kernels, Dry Roasted
630 grams Organic Lacinato Kale
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 oz Juice

Recipe Directions for Raw Kale Salad

  1. prep kale by removing center rib, wash well, spin dry, and slice into ribbons. i salt the bowl as i go (this is an extra large recipe). the salt and lemon juice 'cook' the raw kale.

  2. make vinaigrette with zest, juice, evoo, pepper, and red pepper flakes. mix into kale ribbons, add extras.

  3. let sit overnight/ several hours so kale softens.

  4. i like to add oranges, dried cranberries, avocado, red onions, fresh tomatoes... whatever sounds good!
