14 grams Raw Almonds
1 oz (60 raisins) Raisins, Seedless
2 cup, chopped Kale
1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 Apple Apples
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Raw Kale Breakfast

chop in food processor until desired consistency. Careful not to make paste. Chop almonds and raisins first.
