This is nothing like pizza cheese (it's from Ani Phyo's cookbook "Ani's raw food kitchen") but it is tasty, if you like the taste of raw garlic add 3 cloves instead of 1.

Recipe Ingredients for (raw) Italian Pizza Cheese

2 cups macadamia nuts
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup basil leaves
1 tsp sea salt
2/3 cups water

Recipe Directions for (raw) Italian Pizza Cheese

  1. Blend everything in a blender, you may not need all the water so start with half and add as you need.

  2. Will keep in fridge for 4 days.
