Raw muesli mix base which can be adapted and added to with dried fruit and nuts or grain variations, such as puffed wheat, rice and so forth. serve with milk, yogurt or juice and fresh fruit.

1 cup rolled barley
1/2 cup rye
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons flax seeds
