Walnut pate' to use in place of tuna salad

Recipe Ingredients for Raw Girl's Walnut Pate

1 cup walnuts
1 tblsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 dash salt
1 tblsp minced fresh parsley
1 tblsp minced onion

Recipe Directions for Raw Girl's Walnut Pate

Soaked Walnuts to soften. Put everything in food processor EXCEPT the onion and parsley, blend well. Then put ingredients in a bowl and hand mix in onion and parsley. Ready to eat. Use as a substitute for tuna fish.
