Raw Food Vegan Coconut Bars (use dark chocolate or cocoa nibs on top)

Recipe Ingredients for Raw Food Coconut Bars

1 1/2 cups pecans
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup shredded coconut
3 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp raw almond butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 serving Agave Nectar
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Raw Food Coconut Bars

  1. Directions:

  2. Place the pecans and raisins or dates in a food processor and process into a sticky meal.

  3. Pour crust into a glass baking dish (I used an 88 dish) ? Pack down into a thin crust

  4. Place all other filling ingredients into the food processor

  5. Pour filling on crust and level out. Sprinkle with chocolate if desired.

  6. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes and cut into squares.
