Recipe Ingredients for Raw Falafels

0.75 cup, whole Almonds
1 serving, raw Cilantro
0.25 cup Parsley
2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
0.25 cup, diced Celery
2 cloves, raw Garlic
3 Teaspoon Juice
3 serving Liquid Aminos

Recipe Directions for Raw Falafels

Soak the nuts overnight; drain in the morning and grind to a fine texture. In a seed grinder, grind the sesame to a powder. Add the vegetables, oil, liquid aminos, and lemon juice to the almonds and grind in the food processor. Make small balls about 1 Tbsp. in size and dry on Teflex sheets for several hours. Makes about 20 balls; 5 balls is a serving.
