simple easy to make dehydrator tortillas

Recipe Ingredients for raw corn tortillas

2 ears corn
2 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp sea salt
1 tbs Original Raw Chia Seeds
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for raw corn tortillas

cut corn from cob, add lemon juice, salt and water to blender. blend till smooth (will be thin) add chia seeds and stir, allow to sit for a few minutes on the counter. line dehydrator with waxed paper, spoon 1/4 cup onto the sheet in a circle (small corn tortilla shaped) will fit 2 on each. will make 4-6 tortillas depending on how big you like them. 51 calories if serving 4, if making them bigger will serve 2 at 102 calories. dehydrate at 115 for 4 hours then flip and dehydrate until still pliable but not wet to the touch.
