From Ani Phyo's "Ani's Raw Food Kitchen" I halved the amount of syrup in these to cut back on sugar. I doubled how many it serves b/c I'm not raw vegan so I can't afford to eat 500 calories of flax seed for breakfast.

Recipe Ingredients for (raw) Coconut Breakfast Cakes

3 cups milled flax seed
2 tablespoons coconut oil, liquid
1/4 cup agave or maple syrup
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup water

Recipe Directions for (raw) Coconut Breakfast Cakes

Put flax meal, coconut oil, agave, salt, and water in a large bowl and mix well. Form 8 balls and flatten into a "pancake" shape.
