Was a bit too sweet and sticky, needs less sunflower seeds, and properly chopped up..

Recipe Ingredients for Raw Chocolate - My Own

370 g pecan
85 g Medjool Dates
1 1/4 cup coconut
3/4 cup cocoa powder
15 g Vanilla Paste
60 ml agave syrup
15 g pecan
37 g goji berries
150 g sunflower seeds
90 g walnuts

Recipe Directions for Raw Chocolate - My Own

  1. Mix together the first 6 ingredients

  2. Chop finely (important) the remaining four ingredients and mix in to the nut date mixture by hand

  3. Form into balls, around 50

  4. Eat as required, store in the fridge
