Recipe Ingredients for Raw Chocolate Chip cookies

1 cup Raw Walnuts
0.5 cup Raw Walnuts
3 oz Organic Raw Cashews Nuts
1 cup, pitted, chopped Dates, Domestic, Natural And Dry
1/2 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless
0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.06 cup Brown Rice Syrup

Recipe Directions for Raw Chocolate Chip cookies

  1. Soak dates and raisins for 2 hours

  2. In a food processor, chop cashews and walnuts until fine. pour into a medium bowl and set aside

  3. process the dates and raisins, brown rice syrup, vanilla, and 1/2 cup water in the food processer until creamy. Add in the chopped nuts and mix together

  4. Pour mixture into a bowl and add in the chocolate chips.

  5. Spoon into cookies on a teflax dehydrator sheet.

  6. Dehydrate for 2 hours at 108 degrees F and flip to other side onto a mesh dehydrator sheet. Dehydrate another 4-6 hours.
