Very soothing for the tummy and completely raw (use raw honey or raw agave to sweeten) and raw almond milk.

Recipe Ingredients for Raw ch-ch-ch-chia pudding

3 tablespoons chia seeds
2 cups soy or almond milk , unsweetened
2 tablespoons honey
1 banana

Recipe Directions for Raw ch-ch-ch-chia pudding

Blend milk and chia together first, then add banana. Let stand for a few minutes to thicken. Garnish with honey.
