18 sprigs of cilantro, (1 bunch)
1 cup of italian parsley, (1 bunch)
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
1/2 cup of lemon juice
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tbsp olive oil

  2. chop everything else

  3. mix all ingredients

  4. serve
