Recipe Ingredients for Raw Catsup

3 roma tomatoes
4 dates, unsweetened
2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup fresh basil
1/8 cup sundried tomatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh lime juice

Recipe Directions for Raw Catsup

  1. add a pinch of Celtic sea salt to taste

  2. add a splash of water

  3. blend ingredients together until smooth

  4. serve with "live fries" (jicama strips) or baked sweet potato strips
