Recipe Ingredients for Raw Carrot Cupcakes

1 cup raw walnuts
1 cup dates
2 cups grated raw carrots
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1 dash nutmeg
1/8 tsp sea salt
3/4 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Raw Carrot Cupcakes

  1. Blend dates and walnuts in the food processor until it resembles a larabar texture.

  2. Add other ingredients except raisins and blend.

  3. Stir in raisins.

  4. Make into cupcakes by using a mini cupcake pan
