Recipe Ingredients for (raw) Cabbage Kale Slaw in Simple Greek Dressing

1 cup kale (cup,+chopped)
1/4 head red cabbage
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp thyme

Recipe Directions for (raw) Cabbage Kale Slaw in Simple Greek Dressing

  1. Thinly slice greens and toss with other ingredients.

  2. Tossed together this only keeps for about a day, but separately the greens are good for two days and the dressing is good for 5 (when stored in the fridge).
