Recipe Ingredients for Raw Blueberry Pie

1 cup raw almonds
2 cups dates
1 pinch salt and cinnamon
4 cups whole blueberries
1 cup soaked dates
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon coconut oil

Recipe Directions for Raw Blueberry Pie

  1. Crust:

  2. Blend 1 cup almonds and 2 cups dates with pinch of salt and cinnamon. Firmly press mixture into a 9-inch pie plate and freeze for 30 minutes.

  3. Filling:

  4. Blend 2 cups blueberries, 1 cup soaked and drained dates, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon coconut oil. Mix the blueberry mixture with 2 cups fresh blueberries and place in frozen pie shell. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
