I almost let it get to me and I'm glad it didn't. After having this, you will Feel how healthy it truly is. This was the first Raw breakfast I made and I think my body was pretty thrilled by all the nutrients it got from it. Its the difference between eating "Raw", real food and processed things, I suppose. A high calorie, high (good) fat breakfast everyday is no good, and neither is repetition. So, alternating your breakfast each day, having this recipe once or twice a week, and then simple dry cereal like Cheerios or Kix with fruit on top, or fresh fruit most days will keep you healthy without boring your taste buds.

Recipe Ingredients for Raw Blueberry & Pecan Breakfast

3/4 cup Blueberries
1 oz raw Pecan Halves
1 tablespoon of dried cranberries
1/2 cup of skim milk
2 teaspoons of flax seed
