Recipe Ingredients for Raw Beet & Carrot Salad

532 grams Beets
491 grams Carrots
1/2 cup Unico Balsamic Vinegar
3 serving Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

Recipe Directions for Raw Beet & Carrot Salad

  1. Peel and grate raw, fresh beets and carrots. I based this on 4 large bagged carrots and 6 medium beets. Add vinegars. If this is too sour, you may omit the cider vinegar, but it is a source of potassium.

  2. If you prefer, use one beet, one carrot. Add balsamic vinegar apple cider vinegar to taste.
