Recipe Ingredients for Raw Applesauce

2 apples
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp raw sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Raw Applesauce

  1. Core apples & place in blender.

  2. Top with three other ingredients.

  3. Pulse to chop up apples to smaller pieces.

  4. Blend as a smoothie.
