Based on Ani Phyo's recipe from "Ani's Raw Food Kitchen" altered slightly to meet my personal nutrition goals.

Recipe Ingredients for (raw) Almond Cinnamon Oatmeal

1 1/2 cup Scottish oatmeal, soaked overnight and rinsed well
1/4 cup pitted dates, (semi soft variety)
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp water
1/4 cup almonds, chopped

Recipe Directions for (raw) Almond Cinnamon Oatmeal

  1. Put soaked oats, dates, cinnamon, and water in a food processor and process into a creamy texture similar to cooked oatmeal. Serve with chopped almonds.

  2. Will keep for 2 days in the fridge.
