Recipe Ingredients for Raw Almond Butter Energy Bars

2 oz Raw Honey
12 tbsp Organic Almond Butter (Raw)
2 serving Pure Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 cup dry Gluten Free Rolled Oats
4 scoop Natural Whey Protein Powder
1/2 cup Coconut Flakes
8 oz Raw Almonds
1/2 cup Raisins

Recipe Directions for Raw Almond Butter Energy Bars

  1. Generously butter (or line with parchment) an 8? X 10? pan.

  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  3. Toast nuts on a cookie sheet in the oven 4 minutes, then stir almonds and replace 4 minutes until slightly golden. While you are doing this, mix wet ingredients together until the consistency is uniform.

  4. Mix granola base (oats, whey, coconut, and fruit) with your toasted nuts/seeds.

  5. Pour almond butter mixture over the dry ingredients. Stir until combined.

  6. Spread and press mixture firmly and evenly in the prepared pan.

  7. Allow it to firm before cutting into bars. Individually wrap bars and store in an airtight container on the counter up to 4 days or refrigerator for 2 weeks.

  8. Serves 10
