Recipe Ingredients for Raw Almond Bars

250 grams Organic Tahini Butter - No Salt (Raw)
100 grams Water
1 packets Sweetener Calorie-Free
55 grams Almond Meal
10 grams Oragnic Raw Carob Powder (BiOrganic)
0.75 cup, whole Almonds

Recipe Directions for Raw Almond Bars

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the tahini, cup agave, almond meal, and cacao and mix thoroughly. In a smaller mixing bowl, add the slivered almonds and 2 tablespoons of agave. Mix.

  2. Evenly press the halva mixture into a baking dish so it is approximately a half-inch thick. Sprinkle the slivered almonds on top.

  3. Cover and store in the freezer. Keep in the freezer until ready to serve so they don?t lose their shape. Cut into one-inch squares when ready. Also can be served in a mousse glass with a spoon or as a spread on toast.
