Recipe Ingredients for Ravioli Spinach Casserole

16 oz frozen mushroom ravioli
26 ounce marinara sauce
1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
7 oz fat free shredded mozzarella cheese
10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed of liquid (fresh spinach can also be used and is easier than thawing)
1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)

Recipe Directions for Ravioli Spinach Casserole

  1. Thaw ravioli slightly.

  2. Toss nutmeg in with spinach.

  3. Toss the cheeses together then divide.

  4. Spread a small amount of marinara sauce is bottom of 9x13 inch casserole.

  5. Place a layer of ravioli in the sauce, then add the spinach and 1/2 of cheese on top.

  6. Add a layer of ravioli, cover with the rest of the sauce, then sprinkle remaining cheese over the top. Cover dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and continue baking for another 30 minutes or until cheese melts and sauce bubbles.
